I’m currently embracing the work-from-home life to create a better work-life balance. As a wife to a cancer survivor and mom to a toddler, juggling it all while working full-time can feel impossible some days. But I’m here to tell you—making small, healthy lifestyle changes is easier than you think when you know where to start!

My Why:
In 2023, my world turned upside down when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. As a nurse, I thought I understood health inside and out—but suddenly, everything felt different. I started questioning what we ate, the products we used, and the everyday choices we made That’s when I dove deep into holistic wellness, detoxing our home, and prioritizing true health from the inside out. Now, I help busy moms and families make simple, affordable changes toward a low-tox, holistic lifestyle—without guilt, stress, or confusion. I do this because I genuinely want a world with less cancer and I plan to do that by educating people on cancer prevention.
